The arrival of this medium-format camera in the shops last summer was a milestone in the photography industry, for it was the first to reach a resolution of 50 megapixels, something quite inconceivable just a few months before. The Swedish firm Hasselblad has kept the design and performance of the previous version and added a new 36x48 mm CCD sensor, developed by Kodak, twice the size of the sensors in other full frame DSLRs.
